A DYNAMIC, SYNERGETIC, MODERN URBAN STAGE, RESPECTFUL TO LOCAL VALUES
Belgrade’s urban tissue is changing in terms of the city’s physical and spatial structure, urban landscape and life in the city. Project by the Sava River will modify the waterfront and pioneer the newly developing quarter. Two residential towers, benefiting beautiful panoramas of the river, link to each other via the base that function as a semi-closed shopping facility that is rather flexible and interactive with the boulevard behind and green sidewalks thanks to passages between the shopping and dining areas on the street level. The console housing semi-closed shopping facilities is ready to act as a social hub enlivened with catering facilities. A balanced combination of solid and transparent façade, facing north-west is well preserved against winds and still open to the vistas of the Sava River. The interiors benefit the optimum daylight in a controlled manner.
