CENTER OF FINANCE IN THE DRC

The envisioned finance and congress center in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), is a comprehensive project aimed at transforming the city into a prominent hub for finance, government, and major events in Central Africa. The complex is composed of eleven buildings, including office blocks, a luxury hotel, government institutions, and trade and congress center facilities, positioning it as the largest congress and finance center in the country.

The center features a skyline with twin towers of more than fifteen levels, opposite the Courthouse. The twin towers are dedicated to The Ministry of Finance and The Ministry of Budget. In addition to these, there are two 5-storey government buildings.
In connection, the Congress Center comprises two high-rises and the congress hall. Passing through the atrium of the Finance Center, one can reach the Congress Center; in between the structures is a landscaped inner patio enlivened with water features.
Within the Kinshasa Congress Center, the plan incorporates catering and retail spaces, and auditoriums boasting a capacity for 2698 attendees. Free of columns, the voluminous foyer of the Congress Center can also serve as a multi-purpose event space. The main feature is the generous pond with infrastructure for water and light shows, and a public plaza is designed, projecting the square to become the center point for social and cultural life in the city.
The two Centers together achieve a wider capacity and quality: Besides offices, a provided congress center, auditorium, and a well-appointed hotel, the whole complex positions itself as a core for diplomatic exchanges, major events, and strategic discussions on a national and international scale.
